ORION ShipMate™ Cloud is a cross-platform mobile application that provides a secure, self-service digital interface for placing and managing load tenders and associated logistics activities across the end-to-end supply chain. Designed primarily for shippers and freight brokers, the application also delivers operational visibility and status information to carriers, consignees, and other authorized stakeholders.
ORION ShipMate™ enables users to electronically initiate and manage load tenders, obtain freight quotations, review invoices, generate and access Bills of Lading (BOL), capture and retrieve Proof-of-Delivery (POD) documentation, upload shipment images, and monitor freight movement through integrated GPS tracking and real-time event notifications. ORION ShipMate™ also serves as a centralized repository for critical shipping and trade documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Cargo Insurance Certificates, and other shipment-specific records.
Through digital workflow automation and real-time data synchronization, ORION ShipMate™ reduces manual data entry, accelerates shipment processing, and improves communication between supply chain participants. The application minimizes customer service overhead by providing immediate access to shipment status, documentation, exception notifications, and delivery confirmations directly from mobile devices.
ORION ShipMate™ sends data to the cloud which can be accessed by third-party systems. Optionally, it connects to the ORION Artificial Intelligence Logistics Orchestration Cloud Platform (OALOP) for data prediction and analytics.
