Our commitment

Praxis Technologies, Inc. is committed to digital accessibility — to making our website and the ORION platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we design and build software, not an afterthought, and it supports our obligations as a U.S. GSA Schedule contractor serving federal, state and local government customers.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the recognized standard for accessible web content, and to meet the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and its incorporation of the WCAG success criteria. "Conformance" means a page meets the applicable criteria; we treat it as an ongoing target that we measure against as the website and platform evolve. A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report) for the ORION platform is available to government and enterprise customers on request.

Measures we take

To support accessibility across our website and Services, we:

  • build on semantic, standards-based HTML with a logical heading and landmark structure;
  • support full keyboard navigation, a visible focus indicator, and a logical focus order;
  • maintain sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements, and avoid conveying information by color alone;
  • provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and label form fields, buttons and controls;
  • use responsive layouts that reflow and remain usable when zoomed or viewed on small screens;
  • design interactive components — menus, dialogs and the request-a-demo form — to be operable with assistive technology; and
  • include accessibility in our design reviews and testing as we add features and content.

Compatibility

The website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari) on desktop and mobile, used together with current assistive technologies such as screen readers and speech-recognition tools. Some experience may vary with older browsers or software that does not support current web standards.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of the website relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript. Where JavaScript enhances an interaction, we work to keep core content and navigation available and understandable.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet our target — for example, third-party components or embedded media outside our direct control, or newly published material awaiting review. Where we identify a limitation, we prioritize a fix and can provide the information or function through an alternative means on request.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new features and content against our accessibility standards, combine automated checks with manual and assistive-technology testing, and train our team so that accessibility is considered throughout design and development.

Feedback and assistance

We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need content in an alternative format, or want to request our VPAT, please tell us through our contact page or write to Praxis Technologies, Inc., 879 Dante Court, Mantua, NJ 08051, USA. Please describe the page or feature, the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using so we can respond effectively. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly and to resolve issues as quickly as we reasonably can.

This accessibility statement is provided for information and should be reviewed and finalized by Praxis Technologies — with current conformance testing results and its VPAT — before it is relied upon.
