About Praxis Technologies
We provide patented AI-powered technology that streamlines the supply chain for shippers, brokers, carriers and receivers — from load tender to proof-of-delivery — across land, air, inland waterway and coastal maritime operations.
The Company
A Connected Portfolio, Not Isolated Products
Every Praxis offering is designed to contribute to, and draw from, a common operating picture. Dock verification, vehicle maintenance status, safety inspection results, sensor telemetry, driver hours and shipment documentation are captured at their point of origin and made available to every authorized participant in the movement — shippers, brokers, third and fourth party logistics providers, warehouse operators, carriers and receivers.
Praxis Technologies delivers a single, interoperable portfolio spanning a cloud orchestration platform, seven purpose-built mobile applications, industrial IoT devices, integration services and formal instruction — designed to operate together, or alongside the transportation and warehouse systems an organization already runs.

What Sets Praxis Apart
Multimodal by design
Land, air, off-road, inland waterway and coastal maritime networks — including autonomous and eVTOL platforms.
Federally credentialed
Awarded under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule across cloud services, professional training and IT hardware.
Integration first
Extends existing TMS, WMS and ERP investment through a documented API rather than requiring replacement.
The Platform
One Orchestration Platform, Seven Mobile Applications
The ORION AI Logistics Orchestration Cloud Platform plans, executes, monitors, optimizes and settles freight movements across the complete supply chain — combining predictive analytics, automation, regulatory compliance and real-time visibility in a single cloud environment. Seven purpose-built mobile applications extend that intelligence to every point in the movement.

Kaydon Stanzione
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Kaydon Stanzione is the founder of Praxis Technologies and the architect of the ORION platform. An aerospace and mechanical engineer by training, with degrees from Syracuse University and Rutgers University, he has spent his career at the intersection of aviation, defense and logistics.
Earlier in his career he conducted V/STOL and tiltrotor program analysis at the Institute for Defense Analyses and taught rotorcraft design at the University of Maryland. He went on to develop the ORION freight management system — approved by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration — and has pioneered multimodal logistics spanning land, air, maritime and next-generation autonomous and eVTOL platforms, a vision reflected across the Praxis portfolio today.
